Kris TV’s host Kris Aquino said on Monday, September 1, 2014 on the episode of the show that she is willing to be the guardian of “The Voice Kids” finalist, Darren Espanto.
After being one of the finalist of “The Voice Kids,” Darren’s mother is in Canada to continue her job. His father is also set to go to Canada to continue his job. Which mean that Darren will be only one left here in the country. But then he somehow said that he will be taken cared by his other relatives. Darren says that he will be staying in the country to continue his singing career.
Meanwhile, Darren guested in Kris TV on Monday. He also gave a song number on the said show. Out of the blue, Kris said that she will be the one to be Darren’s guardian on the time that his father will go Canada to work.
“Ako na lang ang magiging guardian mo pag-alis ni Dad. Hindi ba, parang anghel? Ang saya,” she said.
She also said that Darren can stay together with his two sons Bimby Yap and Josh in their house. Then Kris said that Darren will be the middle child of his two sons. She also offered Darren to study in Brent.
She even asked Darren’s father for that matter. “Halika na. Dad, akin na lang,” she said.
Darren said that his father is already set to go to Canada in September 4, 2014. However, his father Lyndon said that if the career of Darren will push through, his mother would come in the Philippines to support Darren all the way. According to him, it won’t take long.

woww!!! that is blessing for you. hope Darren’s Dad will agree with Kris…it’s kinda humiliating (for Lyndon’s relatives)but it’s nothing for Kris since she loves Darren as her true son and for sure Kris loves Darren to be her son’s friends/best friends because Darren has an instilled good values and manners that Kris could let her two son to look up to. In the other hand, Darren will not be out of place since he speaks fluent English if that will be the tool of coversation in Kris’s house. Sana nga para masaya hahaha!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Well you Cant blame Kris to offer that besides i feel sad kasi maiiwan magisa si Darren diro sa piasn away from his family although may mga relatives sa but still family still family i know that kasi ganyan din ako dati . But somehow that is prepatration fpr him to be an independent at lalo pang gaganda ang ang values nya with his kind of attitude . napakabait na bata magalang at walng halong yabang sa katawan. everytime he perform nanadun yong thank you at po nya at the end . Which is bihira mo makikita sa mga batang lumalki sa ibang bansa . well vredits to his parents kasi maganda nag pagpapali nila kay darren. amazing. this teen will o along long way. just keep it up and remain humble. lot of people love you and believes on you. looking forward for all your porjects. concert albums soap , commercials and movies… sana wag mo pabyaan ang pagaaral mo . matalino ka ring bata… good luck darren and god bless you.
