The Miss Universe 2010 fourth runner-up Venus Raj confirmed that she was indeed in a relationship with a non-showbiz guy, whom she refused to reveal the identity.
In an interview with Pep.ph, Venus Raj became evasive when she was asked about the identity of his boyfriend for she wanted to keep their relationship in private as it should be.
“Sa akin naman po kasi, parang… basta lagi nating sinasabi, parang ang ating lovelife is something that should be private,” she said.
The 26-year-old beauty queen said that she understands that her fans wanted to know her boyfriend and she hopes that they would understand also that she wanted to keep their privacy.
“I respect that, I really respect na gustong malaman din ng mga fans natin yung lovelife natin. Pero the way we respect our fans, sana ganun din, they respect our privacy. So, ayun, opo, may boyfriend ako, but I want really to keep it private,” she further said.
According to Venus Raj, his boyfriend is a very private person so she is respecting it since he knows that a lot of people will dig up his private life.
Venus Raj added that he wants to inspire a lot of people because of what she is doing but when it comes to her personal love life, she wanted to keep it from the public.
Venus Raj was previously in a relationship with TV host Andrei Felix and they broke up after a year.
