The singer-actress Jennylyn Mercado is not yet ready to be friends with her former boyfriend Kapamilya actor-host Luis Manzano, who is currently in a relationship with sexy actress Angel Locsin.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, the Kapuso star admitted that she have not moved on yet, adding that time could only heal the heartaches and only time could tell when will they get back as friends again.
“I know masakit kapag breakup talaga. Mahirap makipaghiwalay sa taong talagang nakasama mo nang matagal at mahal mo. Pero time lang ang makakapagsabi kung kailan kayo magiging ready na para sa isa’t isa, maging friends ulit,” she explained.
Jennylyn Mercado and Luis Manzano were in a relationship for two years before they confirmed their breakup in October 2013. The “Voice Kids” was even vocal on saying before that he is excited to marry the 27-year-old star.
The two has yet to reveal the reason of their separation until now but both them clarified that third-party was not involved in their split.
Meanwhile, Luis Manzano is now in a relationship with his ABS-CBN co-artist Angel Locsin. After the “Legal Wife” star rekindled her romance with the 33-year-old actor, she also had a relationship with football star Phil Younghusband.
Last month, Jennyln Mercado was hesitant to answer questions about the Kapamilya stars. She also refused to comment about the plans of Luis Manzano on marrying Angel Locsin in the “near future”
