The Professional Regulations Commission released the official results of the May 2014 Nursing Licensure Examination conducted by the Board of Nursing last May 26 and 27, 2014. The NLE results was released on Friday, June 27, 2014 exactly 23 working days since the last day of examination.

The PRC announced that a total of 11,225 out of 29,188 passed the Nurse Licensure Examination conducted by the PRC through the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Bacolod, Baguio, Cabanatuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
Based upon the performance of schools of during the May 2014 Nursing Board Exam, there are three schools that garnered a 100% passing rate, the West Visayas University-La Paz, the Cebu Normal University (Cebu State College) and Silliman University in Dumaguete City.
Pursuant to Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010, the Top Performing Schools of the Nursing Licensure Examination should be published in major newspapers and any forms of media whether online or offline.
