Julia Barretto Says “Mira Bella” is Down to Its Last 3 Weeks

The “Mirabella” star Julia Barretto said that her hit fantasy-drama series is now down to its last three weeks. She also appealed to the viewers on not to miss the episodes until the finale.

The young actress made the announcement through series of posts in her personal Twitter account on Monday June 13, 2014. She wrote: “Down to our last 3 weeks.. Wag bibitaw #Mirabella”.

She followed it with another post on Monday June 16, 2014 which says: “It’s the last 3 weeks of Mirabella. I’m hoping you guys don’t miss an episode starting tonight! #MirabellaThePeopleVsBella.”

“Mira Bella” is the first lead role of the 17-year-old actress in ABS-CBN’s TV series. It also stars Enrique Gil, Sam Concepcion, Mika dela Cruz, Pokwang, Mylene Dizon, Gloria Diaz and James Blanco.

The fantasy series, directed by Jerome Pobocan, Erik Salud and Jojo Saguin, premiered on March 24, 2014 replacing the family drama series “Annaliza”.  The story was based on Dominador Ad Castillo novel “Cofradia”.

The series centers the story of Mira (Julia Barretto) who underwent a lot of discrimination after she inherited a curse of having a strange wood-like appearance.

After experiencing  discrimination, she transformed herself into Bella, a beautiful young lady, by using a magical flower to revenge on the people who have hurt her.

Meanwhile, Pokwang, who plays as the foster mother of Mira, appealed also to the viewers to watch the series on its final three weeks.

“Mira Bella” airs every Monday to Friday, 5:45 pm before the “TV Patrol”
