Kapamilya actress Maricar Reyes and Asia’s standard singer Richard Poon, both decided to have a baby after their wedding in June 2013.
On the other hand, since 32-year-old Maricar Reyes currently working on the upcoming primetime soap “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon,” along with veteran actress Bea Alonzo, the couple’s decision to have a baby will be delayed at this point.
The primetime soap “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon,” will start airing on Monday June 16, 2014 Monday, and the actress Maricar Reyes will take the role of Sasha Bayle, daughter of Dina Bonnevie who will play as Laura in the said series.
Maricar Reyes will also be portraying something different in “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon,” to where her feelings will develop to Patrick, portrayed by 26-year-old Paulo Avelino.
Meanwhile, talking about Maricar Reyes’ pregnancy, she said in an interview on Tuesday June 3, 2014, “Ayokong mag-taping na buntis,” but when the time comes she get pregnant with husband Richard Poon, without any hesitation the actress will take a break on her showbiz career to focus on her baby.
Despite of the couple’s hectic schedule, still Richard Poon and Maricar Reyes find time to talk with each other and assured that both of them can provide enough time, emphasizing “Actually the best part is when I go home around three or four in the morning, he wakes up 5 AM and nagbe-breakfast kami together,” and further she added, “Siyempre nakakabawas ng time together (ang taping), but he’s very understanding.
