GMA News also noted that in a separate report posted by ABS-CBN’s ANC via its official Twitter account, they said that Panfilo Lacson indicated four senators are on both lists: Senators Francis Escudero, Gregorio Honasan II, and Senate Majority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano.

Aside from the list of Senators mentioned above, Panfilo Lacson also mentioned Budget Secretary Florencio Abad, and a former congressman of Batanes as being on the controversial list.

The Senators who were already formally charged in criminal cases about the PDAF scam were Senators Jinggoy Estrada, Juan Ponce Enrile, and Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr.

Former Senator Panfilo Lacson also added that the contents of the so-called Napolist list or “Napolist” for which the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee issued a subpoena, should be discussed in executive session.
