According to an official of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), Ferdinand Guerrero was solicited by an immigration officer at around 4:43 a.m. He was supposed to leave the country via Cebu Pacific flight 5J 108 bound for Hong Kong at 5:40 a.m.

Ferdinand Guerrero reportedly left the NAIA Terminal 3 after arguing with the immigration officer. “Guerrero was not allowed to depart per order of the DOJ and NBI,” Bureau of Immigrations information officer Nick Ferrer said.

Aside from Ferdinand Guerrero, Cedric Lee, the mastermind on the mauling of Vhong Navarro allegedly booked a Cebu Pacific flight bound for Dubai on Saturday, April 12, 2014. However, the booking was later on cancelled after the information leaked to the Bureau of Immigration.

Last Thursday, April 10, 2014, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed the crimes of serious illegal detention and grave coercion against Vhong Navarro’s principal suspects; Cedric Lee, Ferdinand Guerrero, Deniece Cornejo, Bernice Lee, Simeon Raz, Jose Paolo Calma, and Jed Fernandez.

Actor-host Vhong Navarro recently went emotional during the live episode of “It’s Showtime” after DOJ settled to junk the complaint filed against him by controversial model Deniece Cornejo.

Vhong Navarro is currently on his steak against his legal raps among his complainants; Roxanne Cabanero and Margarita Fajardo who previously filed a case against “Da Possessed” actor who allegedly held an attempt on her in 2009.

Vhong Navarro on the other hand has filed a counter-affidavit against his latest complainant to deny the allegations of the stunt double.
