Filipino-American Justin Alexander Casquejo, 16, has past the security and climb Manhattan’s tallest building in New York, One World Trade Center.

The Filipino-American New Jersey teen has mounted  the most secured and safest building in New York on March 16, 2014 at around 4 a.m.

However, the Fil-Am  thrill-seeker was arrested for tresp(–foul word(s) removed–)ing violation. According to Balitang America, Port Authority police confirmed that  Justin Alexander Casquejo may be sentenced for terms in jail after tresp(–foul word(s) removed–)ing.

Meanwhile, Cil Susara Casquejo claimed in a sideline interview with Balitang America that his son Justin Alexander Casquejo is a part-Filipino.

Based on the report of CNN, Justin Alexander Casquejo was able to clinched on the building through a scaffolding. He then mount unto the sixth floor of the building and rode an elevator up to the 88th floor and used a staircase through 104th floor and clinched to the antenna.

“I seriously apologize to anyone who may have been insulted or felt disrespected by my actions. It was not my intention to do so,” Justin Alexander Casquejo wrote on his Twitter account.

The authorities are currently conducting investigation on the incident. The escapade of 16-year-old  Weehawken,New Jersey native who scaled the 1,776 foot tall building left the management questioning their security which being sneaked by a teen.

One World Trade Center stated that they are not going to tolerate this incident. Justin Alexander Casquejo is set to appear for a court trial next month.
