The Philippine most popular noontime show, “It’s Showtime,” launched its newest segment, “Jambungaga” a search for groups that can render refreshing musical arrangements and tunes to create entertaining music.
The announcement of the newest show was made during the September 14 episode of It’s Showtime, right after the declaration of Rizal Underground as the winner of the first-ever Bida Kabarkada grand champion.
The “Jambunganga” segment of It’s Showtime will begin on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. During the introduction of the newest segment of the noontime show, the hosts gave a special a capella performance of Backstreet’s hit song “No Diggity.”
It’s Showtime co-hosts, Billy Crawford performed as the lead vocalist while Anne Curtis, Karylle, and Coleen Garcia provides the back-up vocals. The artists were accompanied by co-hosts Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Jugs Jugueta, Jhong Hilario, Ryan Bang and Eruption who supplied the rhythm and beats.
