The “I love you” message uttered by Sir Chief was first intended to his daughter but on the second I love you, he looked in the direction of the nanny-turned-flight attendant, Maya as portrayed by Jodi Sta. Maria.
Filipino internet citizens who watched the Wednesday episode celebrated the moment for it was the first time that Sir Chief finally professed his love to Maya. The scene is yet another “milestone” to the unfolding love story of a businessman and his nanny. The “I love you” scene follows the previous trending scene, first kiss and first date.
The most successful Kapamilya morning teleserye has already spanned nine months with an extension in the works.
