Filipino singer Mark Anthony Agpas was one of the finalist in the top rated Austrian TV singing competition “Die grosse Chance” (the Big Chance).
Mark Anthony Agpas made a sensational performance which gained him plust points from all four judges when he performed the song “I Don’t Want To Talk About It,” a song popularized by Rod Stewart.
The showmaster of the show Peter Rapp, one of the judges as well have selected Agpas to be one of the finalist in Austria’s most popular show.
The Filipino communities in Austria showed their full support to the Filipino who already made a name for himself. Mark Anthony Agpas is considered as one of the most popular singer in the competition.
Filipinos in Austria have also created some number of Facebook pages for support to the Filipino singer who is currently making waves in Austria.
Even the lone Filipino news-magazine, Austro-Asian Press made full support with Agpas and called for the public to vote for the Filipino singer.
The Finals of the show “Die grosse Chance” will start this coming November 11, 2012 and he will go up against eight other contestants. Winners will be determined via Televoting or SMS.
