The official video of the Philippine government’s Department of Tourism has launched the official Audio Video Presentation (AVP) of the tourism campaign “It’s More Fun in the Philippines.”

The video runs for a total of 2 minutes and 42 seconds highlighting some of the Philippines’ famous landmarks and tourist attractions.

Some of the world-renowned scenic views from the Philippines were the Mayon Volcano in Albay, the Chocolate Hills in Bohol, the white sands of Boracay Beaches to name a few.

The island of Boracay which was considered by the international travel magazine Travel + Leisure as the world’s best island was one of the most prominent views of the Philippines featured in the video.

The video introduced the Philippines as:

We’re a country named after a Spanish King. To which an American general vowed to return. Or as someone described our history, ‘300 years in a convent, and 50 years inHollywood.”
