Kylie Minogue, the popular Australian singer held a concert in a star-studded Araneta Coliseum Tuesday night. The heavy downpour did not stop the alluring Filipino fans to support the breast-cancer survivor artist. For the past few years Kylie had been lost in limelight in the music industry for she was battling against breast cancer.
The first-ever concert of Kylie in Manila entitled “The Aphrodite” was so successful and was attended by well-know celebrities and Filipino artists. Vice Ganda was even named as the “Best Costume Award” chosen by Kylie herself.
Kylie had performed her long-time singles “Locomotion” and “Especially For You” hits although the concert was part of her latest album entitled “Aphrodite.” The Australian pint-sized singer had also performed one of her most popular songs entitled “Can’t get you out of my head.”
Other famous personalities that were seen during the concert were Phil and Angel Locsin. Anne Curtis had disguised herself and took the MRT just to watched the show of Kylie Minogue in Araneta.

i think it was the most awesome concert this year, hard act to follow epecially the production design and the entire set, , and manila is lucky to have her, before lady gaga there was already kylie minogue and shes back to reclaim her throne
Kylie Minogue did not only captured the audience but her story of cancer survival was an inspiration not only for her Filipino fans but for all who loved her music.
