A local prosecutor from Pakistan said that today an Antiterrorism court of Pakistan has issued an arrest warrant against the former president of Pakistan “Pervez Musharaf” who is guilty of (–foul word(s) removed–)(–foul word(s) removed–)inating the ex-prime minister of Pakistan “Benazir Bhutto”.

However the spokesman from Pervez Musharaf has said that he exiled from Pakistan to London by his own will and he was not afraid of any crime that he has not even committed. Pervez Musharaf will not be returning to Pakistan to face any sort of court hearing or what so ever.

The former president of Pakistan and military leader is accused to have been involved  in a conspiracy to get his political nemesis (–foul word(s) removed–)(–foul word(s) removed–)inated right before the start of elections, although the particular nature of charges put forth against him was not cleared immediately.

Chaudhry Zulfiqar Ali who is special prosecutor in Pakistan has said that Judge from Pakistan “Rana Nisar Ahmed” has issued a warrant that is non-bailable against the former president of Pakistan “Pervez Musharaf” and ordered him that he should appear in the court hearing to be held on 19th of February 2011.

He further said that an investigation team was gathered to solve the mystery murder case of Benazir Bhutto and in their report it was stated that Pervez Musharaf is indeed involved in this murder case and he is equally responsible along with other culprits.

Ali said that there was a great conspiracy involved behind the murder of Benazir Bhutto, and it included Pervez Musharaf, terrorists, and 2 police officials.

And when it was asked to the Anti-terrorism court that what if Pervez Musharaf do not appear in court ? to which prosecutor replied that they will have some alternates even if this mishap occurs.

However, spokesman of Pervez Musharaf has said that pervez is not accountable of this warrant and in his prospective, the warrant should be null and void.

And Fawad Chaudhry further added to the statement that Musharaf certainly will not be going back to Pakistan for the hearing and as far as warrant is concern, he believes that the warrant jig is absolutely ridiculous.

One of the main accusation on Pervez Musharaf was that why he did not enough security to Benazir Bhutto, concluding that it could have been pre-planned and part of a broad conspiracy, to which Chaudhary Fawad replied that a President of a country can not be blamed for criminal activities and he tried his level best to provide optimum level of security.
