During his interview, he shared some details about his creation by saying, “It’s an off-white terno, and I used abel Iloko [fabric] since iyon ang ating pinagmamalaking fabric dito sa ating province. Of course, it’s a Filipiniana [dress with] Imelda sleeves. Iyon ang ginawa naming lahat, kasi that’s the requirement,” he said.

He also added that the he have not seen the candidate who will wear his gowns, so he decided to design a flowy bias-cut skirt, because he want it to lie evenly on her hips.

“Hindi bale lang ‘yung sa upper part niya kasi mas madali na lang siyang i-alter kapag may naging problema,” said Ben said

The much-awaited pageant has recently revealed the location of their fashion show that will be held in Vigan City. But the organizers of the Miss Universe Pageant have not yet revealed the candidates who will be wearing the designer’s creation.
