Philippines Climbed Up 4 Notches In World Bank In The Latest Doing Business Report

The National Competitiveness Council (NCC) announced that the Philippines ascend 4 spots on World Bank in the latest Doing Business report.

NCC said that out of 190 economies in the National Competitiveness Council (NCC) announced that the Philippines ascend 4 spots on World Bank in the latest Doing Business report Philippines have climbed to the 99th spot.

Since 2011, Philippines has climbed 49 spots showing that the country advanced in 4 out of 10 indicators in the latest ranking. Typical businesses’ regulations affecting its life cycle are the aspects measured by the indicators.

In Enforcing Contracts, Philippines climbed up to No. 136 from No. 140, In Paying Taxes, the country jumped 11 spots from No. 115 from No. 126, and Construction Permits, rise 14 spots to No. 85 from No. 99.
