Alleged Purchase Irregularities Charge Against Some Provincial Government Officials For The Purchase Of Laptop For P99, 000

Provincial Government Officials were accused of purchase irregularities for purchasing a laptop worth P99, 000 in February 2008.

Alleged irregularities in the purchase of a laptop at a cost of P99, 000 were charged by the Ombudsman against four provincial government officials and Manuel “Boy” Mejorada”, former Iloilo administrator.

The four government officials involved in the case are Ramie Salcedo (head of general services office), Danny Baldemor (administrative officer), Patricia Grace Trabado (provincial health officer) and Edgar Piansay (retired).

Complaints were filed against them and recommended by Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales, in a 10-page resolution approves last July 02, 2017. The case was about the purchase irregularity for the laptop purchase worth P99, 000 for the provincial government officials.
