A controversial photo of Senator Chiz Escudero together with his wife Heart Evangelista, President Duterte, Peter and Lani Cayetano was posted in the social media. The photo leaves a question to everyone who sees the photo regarding the question what they got to do in Vietnam, is it a honeymoon, or who funded their flight.
In the photo, it can be seen that the government leaders mentioned earlier fly together with President Rodrigo Duterte. The president left on Wednesday (September 28, 2016) going to Vietnam for two days official visit to boost the ties between Hanoi and Manila to strengthen the cooperation against illegal drugs.
It is the third foreign trip of Rodrigo as president, the first was in the ASEAN summit and the second one is in Indonesia. The president left the country on Wednesday before 2pm Philippine Airlines chartered flight PR 001.
