My mouth can’t bring down the Philippines, Duterte said during his speech at police headquarters in Cagayan De Oro on Thursday (September 22, 2016).

On Thursday, the president has a speech at the police headquarters in Cagayan De Oro. During his speech, he said some remarkable words saying people should not complain about his mouth because it can’t bring down the country.

Due to the increasing EJK incidents in the country, some cases were contributed by criminals that triggered the president to threaten criminals in the middle of his tirade against foreign officials and human rights advocates.

Duterte said that there’s no law saying that the president can’t threaten the criminals from doing crimes in the country. He also said that his mouth is not the issue where he is used to speaking rudely in front of other people just to express what he feels.
