Melvin Odicta was identified as one of the top drug Kingpin in Iloilo Province. He caught the attention of the media and the new administrations after the authorities found out that he is involved in the illegal drug trade in the country.
According to a report, Melvin Odicta and his wife showed up to meet with the interior Secretary Mike Soriano to deny the accusation.
During the meeting at the Camp Crame Quezon, the couple allegedly submitted their version of a ‘drug matrix” involving lawmakers and local officials.
But the President announced that he is the top Drug Kingpin in the country.
The Philippine President has recently warned drug syndicates about suffering the same fate as the Odicta couple, who were gunned down at Caticlan Port Monday, August 29, 2016.
