In a recent news report in Phil Star Global, Pres. Duterte has noticed a motorcycle that passed by while he has his press conference on the PAGCOR funds. It was because of the noise it brought as it passed the area.
Remembering his terms in Davao, the former city mayor of Davao who was a biker himself affirmed that he did not allow it in his city.
The President himself is a biker. Based on the report, he has put a silencer on the bike he uses when he roams around Davao City for an on-the-spot inspection.
