Carlo Ople: “This generation has been misjudged”

Carlo Ople said in one event how this generation is given misjudgments.

Carlo Ople – One of the speakers in the event of Technology Entertainment Design (TED), “FocUS: Where are we headed?”, emphasized how the present generation are being misjudged by a lot of people.

The event was held at College of Saint Benilde’s Duerr Hall and it was through the efforts of TEDxCollegeofSaintBenilde that the event was made possible as reported in Inquirer.

In the event, one the six speakers, Carlo Ople who is also the editor-in-chief and founder of the website Unbox.ph, stressed out that this generation is being judged mistakenly by other people.

As opposed to the common notion that the youths of today are the lazy citizens, according to him, this is the generation of aspirants of bigger things. Further, he added that the present generation has the capability of making great things come into possibility.

The event was intended to tackle topics which would help the young generation find out their focus in life and the path to being successful individuals in their chosen fields.

Ople also expressed the idea that people would usually say “follow your dreams” but they won’t tell you how to do it.
