Sleeping position is a thing we don’t care or we ignore because we can still take asleep in any position right? All of us love to sleep in any position such as straight like a soldier, like a fetus, or sleep at our back. Most of us can’t even remember our sleeping posture but there are two ways of sleeping “The good and bad”.
