EDCA was legalized by the Supreme court.
EDCA that seeks agreement between the Philippines and the US is not constitutionally affirm by the supreme court. The Supreme Court affirmed the ruling that upheld the constitutionality of the (EDCA) in the Philippines.
According to a report, the group of petitioners including the Bagong Alyansang Makabayan and incumbent and former members of the house representatives filed a motion of reconsideration to the supreme court. The petitioners area asking the Supreme court for not to affirm the ruling because it is not a good deal for the Philippines.
