40 Government Nurses Lose Their Job for Doing Something... 40 government contractual nurses lose their job in (BMC) Bulacan Medical Center in the Malolos City for their “bad” bedside behavior. But this case is different let's see See next page for continuation BMC director, Dr. Protacio Bajao said that those nurses have been terminated from their jobs due to complaints from some patients for their “unfriendly and rude behavior” towards their patients. Gov. Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado heard the complaints and ordered the dismissal due to a recommendation of BMC director. The complaint was investigated by Bajao’s office and recommended that the contract of the accused nurses on duty should no longer be renewed that already lapsed last June 30. The doctors and other hospital employees were also accused of bad behavior will be transferred to hospitals in outskirt towns. The Nurses lose their jobs for being irritable because of the patient’s population in the said hospital. One of the accused nurses said that some patients are being cruel on them when they did not deliver the medicines on time. But those issues had already addressed. So the nurses were dismissed from their duty for berating their patients. The Governor expects more from those terminated nurses who earn P18, 000 to P24, 000 per month.
