Unstoppable is the word that can describe China for claiming the dispute island after not recognizing the ruling.
Unstoppable claims of China to the dispute island continues for the non stop building in the South China Sea. Despite of the ruling, China has declared that it will not accept and recognize the Ruling because it has no impact in Beijing.
Judgement by the U.N. Arbitral Tribunal was in favor in the Philippines. But the China and the Chinese people did not recognize the ruling and will neither acknowledge it nor accept it.
According to the People Liberation Army Navy Wu Shengli in an interview that Beijing will never stop the construction in the island. A top military vows that China will not stop building in the dispute South China Sea or West Philippine Sea.
In a report, China build rapidly artificial islands with facilities capable of military use in the “Nansha island” halfway. Nansha is the China’s name for the Spratlys.
As what the Tribunal declared that China has no evidence to proved their nine-dashed line over the island. They have no control over the waters and the dispute island and it was concluded that there was no legal basis for China to claim historic rights to resources within the sea areas falling within the ‘nine-dashed line’.
One of the report said that the push-back comes after the China declared a war games in the South China sea.
