Xian Lim steals kiss from Kim Chiu during concert.
Fans went crazy at the KIA Theater on Saturday night when Kapamilya hunk actor Xian Lim stole a kiss from his long-time onscreen partner and rumored girlfriend, Chinita Princess Kim Chiu.
The “Story of Us” stars just finished a production when their fans asked them to kiss. Kim Chiu then agreed to kiss Xian Lim on the cheek. However, she was surprised when the 26-year-old actor suddenly kissed her on the lips.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Xian Lim explained that the kiss was not rehearsed and it suddenly happened.
“Usually kasi sabi niya ayaw daw niya mag-kiss. Usually kasi ‘yung bilang namin [sa cheek lang]. Nakanakaw ng isa [sa lips],” he said.
Kim Chiu, for her part, said that she was surprised by the act. She also added that the kiss is already her gift to Lim for his successful concert despite the weather.
“Grabe, lahat ng kaya niyang gawin na akala ng tao hindi niya kayang gawin, pinakita niya tonight. From pop, rock, classical, lyrical, hiphop to novelty – all in one na siya,” she said.
Furthermore, the Kapamilya actress said that she is happy that Xian Lim was given the chance to showcase his many talents, adding that he can do more than what people think.
Kim Chiu and Xian Lim recently star in the hit and now defunct series “The Story Of Us” which airs from February to June.
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old actress is currently hosting the top-rating show “The Voice Kids Season 3” with Luis Manzano and Roby Domingo.
