Former reality singing competition winner Yeng Constantino made headlines on social media after an impromptu duet with a videoke salesman made the rounds online. The young singer is seen singing the song “25 Minutes” with the salesman in the video which went viral on Facebook just recently.
Due to the popularity of the viral video it was shared not only on the Facebook page of Yeng Constantino but it was also shared on various pages managed by Filipinos garnering thousands of views.
In an interview with ABS-CBN, the 27-year-old Yeng Constantino explained the reasons behind why she was there at the mall and was caught on camera and posted it on Facebook.
The young singer was explained “Naghahanap ako ng karaoke para sa house namin kasi birthday na ni Papa sa June 28, at lahat kami ng mga kapatid ko nasa bahay kaya magvi-videoke kami! Go ako sa mall. Ang sumalubong sa ‘kin, itong si Kuya Nard,” the singer explained, referring to the salesman.
She continued: “At pinakita nya sa ‘kin lahat ng pagpipilian. Explain-explain siya ng bawat uri ng videoke. Mamayang konti, ayun, pinapakanta ako. Sabi ko, ‘Ikaw na lang, Kuya.’ Eh habang kumakanta siya at dine-demo ang videoke unit, naiinggit ako kaya kinuha ko ‘yung isang mic, kaya eto ang nangyari! Ang saya, in fairness! Thanks, Kuya Nard, sa pagpapaliwanag sa ‘kin ng specs ng binili kong videoke at higit sa lahat sa pagkanta with me.”
The viral video of Yeng Constantino already garnered with more than 1.2 million views as of writing time.
