Thousands of supporters of presidential candidate Mayor Rodrigo Duterte gathered in Macau last December to show their support in the candidacy of the Davao City Mayor. Although the exact date of the rally in Macau was still in question, a video of the gathering is currently making the rounds online.

According to some netizens, there’s indeed a very good reason why the strong support of Mayor Duterte in Macau was not shown on Philippine TV and not reported on printed media.
Some supporters of Mayor Duterte confirmed that they have joined the rally in Macau which was considered as a show of force for the presidential candidate, Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
The 70-year-old visited earlier that city of Macau during the Pacquiao and Algierri fight wherein the Filipino boxing icon emerged as winner but Mayor Duterte steals the show from Pacquiao as he was greeted by thousands of OFWs.
