A closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage captures a fake nurse kidnapping a newborn baby at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, one of the largest hospital in Cebu City. The CCTV video footage was then shared on Facebook by Facebook Page Utan Bisaya.
The video footage which was acquired by local newspaper Sunstar shows the female suspect bringing the baby out of the VSMMC, one of the city’s government-owned medical facility.
The kidnapper p(–foul word(s) removed–) through the billing section despite the presence of security officers as she abducts a certain Prince Niño, son of Jonathan and Rosalina Celadenia.
In a Facebook video description by Utan Bisaya FB Page, VSMMC director Gerardo Aquino said that he is willing to give a monetary reward to anyone who can provide information about the identity and location of the woman who pretended to be a nurse and staff of the hospital.
