Kapamilya actress and one of the country’s most popular dancer on social media, Ella Cruz was injured badly after a a stunt accident or mishap. The young actress suffered some serious injury while rehearsing for the first ever grand finals of “Clash of Celebrities” a talent competition of “It’s Showtime.”
In an interview with the media, the actress confirmed the accident and was quoted as saying “Akala ko po ‘yun na yung katapusan ko or katapusan ng career ko,” the actress stated.
The 19-year-old actress apologized on her official Instagram account on Friday for not being able to perform at the top-rating noontime program’s Saturday live show.
Ella Cruz posted on Instagram the following message “Nagrehearsal na ako nung Wednesday para sa mga gagawin kong stunts,” shared Cruz, who earned a spot in the finals with a sexy, high-flying production number.
The former Aryanna star added further that “Pero may aksidente po na nangyari habang ginagawa naman ‘yung isang stunt. At akala ko po yun na ang katapusan ako. …Pero nagpasalamat ako kay God dahil binigyan Niya pa ako ng pagkakataon,” she added.
According to Cruz, she is still unable to move properly but assured her followers that she is on her way to a full recovery. She also said that she will need to take at least three days of rest.
