Kapuso actor made another headlines this time internationally as his album made it to 10 Top-Selling World Music Albums according to the announcement made by Billboard.com. The self-titled debut album was ranked No. 10 in the World Album Weekly Top 10 Chart.
According to Billboard, the Alden Richards album was included in the elite list from one of the world’s most famous music authority. The ranking was based on sales data from Nielsen Music.
Aside from the Alden Richards album, some of the world’s most famous artists made it to elite list which include K-Pop groups iKON and Seventeen alongside the Swedish rock band, Dungen.
The Billboard list was dominated by the extended play album titled Mad from the all-male K-Pop group GOT7 who ranked at the No. 1 spot.
Last September 25, Universal Records announced that Gold record status of the debut album of Alden Richards, the other half of the famous Kalye Serye love team, AlDub. Alden Richards also received a Gold Record plaque from Universal Records’ General Manager Kathleen Dy-Go.
