The tough-talking mayor of Davao City, Mayor Rodrigo Duterte declared running for President of the Republic of the Philippines for the highly anticipated 2016 national elections. A video is currently circulating online, which was first posted on Facebook declaring the presidential aspirations of Mayor Duterte.
In the latest viral video, Mayor Duterte told his supporters not to blamed him if ever he wants to run for President, to the delight of the crowd. Although it is not clear in the video posted below that Mayor Duterte will really run for President.
During previous reports, Mayor Duterte noted that his family don’t want him to run for President, but due to the huge number of people appealing him to run for President, his family might change their mind and support his mission to run for President.
A separate report posted by Facebook Page, Even Deamata, Mayor Duterte already confirmed that he is running for President and could make a tandem with Senator Bongbong Marcos as his running mate in the 2016 national elections.
