Coach Bamboo of Kamp Kawayan featured three of his artists in the highly anticipated Battle Rounds on Saturday night, July 28, 2015. Young artists Benedict Inciong, Christian Pasno and Sim Teves performed the song popularized by Owl City titled “Fireflies,” in the Battle Round of The Voice Kids PH.
After the performance of the three young artists from Kamp Kawayan, Coach Sarah and Coach Lea decided to favor Benedict Inciong for his performance and was chosen as the one who will proceed to the next round after Coach Bamboo agreed with his fellow coaches.
According to the latest announcement from The Voice of the Philippines Kids Edition Season 2, there will be no steal option this season, the coaches will have only one chance to save their young artist.
Coach Bamboo was given the privilege to select the groups of artist from her official 18 artists who passed the blind audition and they need to perform in the Battles.
After the Battle Rounds of The Voice Kids PH season 2, the Top 6 artists will be featured in the Sing-Offs, which will cut down the team to its final 2 artists. During the Saturday’s edition of the show, the hashtags ‘#TVK2Battles’ dominated the Twitter trending topics both in the Philippines and worldwide.
