Warriors Defeats Cavs in Game 5 Leads Series 3-2 (Highlights Video)

The Golden State Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers during the Game 5 of the NBA Finals best-of-seven championship series with the final score 104-91 and took a 3-2 lead in the this year’s NBA Finals. The game was held at the home court of the Golden State Warriors, one of NBA’s oldest arena, the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California.

The Warriors is now a win away from ending the team’s championship drought and brought an NBA title to the West Bay Area. NBA MVP Stephen Curry made a total of seven 3-pointers and scored 37 points on Game 5 of the NBA Finals.

Stephen Curry and his teammates took control of the game against the Cavs to the delight of the golden-yellow shirts crowd who came out in full support to the Warriors dream of bringing home the NBA title.

The Golden State Warriors will try to win their first title since 1975, the Game 6 of the NBA Finals will be held in Cleveland on Wednesday morning (Manila time). If the Cavs will win during that game, the Game 7 will be held in Oakland on Friday night (Saturday morning Manila time).

During the Game 5 of the NBA Finals, former NBA MVP LeBron James scored with 40 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists but was not enough for the team effort of the Warriors who took Game 5.
