Will there be a Judy Ann Santos-Claudine Barretto movie? For most fans who have been with the two actresses since they started in the entertainment world, it’s a dream come true project to top bill two of the most successful actresses.
In the interview, the actress was asked about the rumored movie project with Barretto.
However when asked to confirm it, Santos commented, “Alam mo sa totoo hindi ko rin alam and I’m still waiting kung ano ‘yung decision ng Star Cinema. Wala silang binigay na… may concept na, na ibinato pero wala pa akong instructions or directions from Star Cinema kung ano ‘yung next steps so naghihintay muna ako.”
After almost seven years, Judy Ann Santos is back tonight for another heart-breaking Maalaala Mo Kaya episode, as part of the Mothers’ Day special.
The actress-host meanwhile, shared that her MMK episode is packed with heavy drama scenes.
“Una kasi Mother’s Day special siya, it’s really a story about a mother na hinanap ang apat na anak. Special kasi after seven years ngayon ako ulit gagawa ng isang heavy drama na episode and at the same time medyo nakaka-putol litid yata ‘tong episode na ‘to. Ihanda niyo ang mga tuwalya, ‘yan lang ang masasabi ko talaga,” she shared.
Santos also remarked that the episode will be one of her most challenging roles to date.
“Oo talaga kasi I must say na ito yata ‘yung isang buong araw na ako ay iyak ng iyak ng iyak, papunta na ako sa pagkakataong wala na akong nararamdaman.” She said.
Santos will also star in an upcoming series project with ABS-CBN alongside with Richard Yap “Someone to Watch Over Me”.
She also said she is open to work again with Sharon Cuneta.
