Kapamilya actress and former teen star Jolina Magdangal showcased her dance moves and proved once and for all that she is more than just an actres and singer during the Saturday’s episode of “Your Face Sounds Familiar.” Jolina Magdangal imitated the moves of the Colombian superstar Shakira.
Right after the performance of the 36-year-old Jolina Magdangal, judge Sharon Cuneta praised the singer-actress for her performance, adding that the actress has been through several difficult transformations in the show.
Judge Jed Madela on his part praised Jolina Magdangal’s wonderful voice, he was quoted as saying “And what I really like about your performances, every time, you always go out of your comfort zone, at mahirap ‘yun. With that said, saludo ako sa performance mo.” he said.
Gary Valenciano, also noted the singer-actress combined artistry and character on her performance as Shakira in the May 2 episode of Your Face Sounds Familiar.
Mr. Pure Energy, Gary V. stated that “Yung pag gumalaw ang isang artista o isang mang-aawit, many times, sa pagiging sexy, ang dating, nagpapasexy lang. Pero ikaw, ang ginawa mo, sinubukan mong paghaluan ng artistry and the character, and kung ano talaga si Shakira,” Gary Valenciano told Magdangal.
