The younger brother of Daniel Padilla, JC Padilla joins show business as one of the newest artist who will be part of “OPM Fresh” album, released by Star Music to introduce their newest OPM stars. His older brother Daniel already proved himself in the music industry which inspire JC to pursue his dreams in showbiz.
During the media launch of the album on Tuesday, JC Padilla performed the song “Kasalanan” for the members of the press. When some members of the press commented that his voice has similarities with his older brother, the younger Padilla replied “Kasi magkapatid kami.”
Daniel and JC Padilla were bandmates in the local band “Parking 5,” which was disbanded after its members chose to prioritize their studies last year.
JC Padilla also admitted that he’s still adjusting as a solo performer since he’s been in a band for a long time. Now that JC formally launched his career, he will eventually be compared with his brother Daniel Padilla and his dad Naldy Padilla, who was the vocalist of the band Orient Pearl.
