Justin Bieber Resolves Lawsuit with Florida Photographer

In Miami, Florida, attorneys said a conflict between pop star Justin Bieber and a photographer has been resolved following the incident that occurred sometime 2013.

Photographer Jeffrey Binion’s lawyer refused to give further comments regarding of how the conflict was arranged and wouldn’t say when the agreement was met or if it involved a financial settlement.

The complaint filed against Bieber in the Miami-Dade County circuit court came in two years ago following the claim of Binion that he was attacked by Bieber’s body guard after snapping a picture of the singer outside a recording studio.

Jeremiah Reynolds, Bieber’s lawyer had just confirmed that the two sides had been settled.

Following the same case was another photographer Manuel Muñoz who took a picture of the supertsar leaving the South Beach night Club in 2014.

The photographer is seeking for unspecified punitive and compensatory damages after he claimed that Bieber’s bodyguards chased him down and locked him inside the shop, beat him up and smashed his camera.

Reynolds in the other hand refused to give comments regarding Munoz claims.

The alleged incident happened the same night when the young performer was arrested by Miami Beach police for allegedly racing a Lamborghini on the streets.

In the offset, Bieber pleaded guilty for careless driving and for resisting an officer without violence. Bieber donated $50,000 to a children’s charity and attended a 12-hour anger management class.

Bieber became controversial lately regarding his party-intense lifestyle.
