ABS-CBN’s hit primetime series “Dream Dad” featuring Zanjo Marudo and budding child actress Jana Agoncillo has just concluded last night after almost five months of airing.
The nation-wide top-rater series ended up with a happy ending leaving viewers with delighted heart.
In the finale episode, Baste (Marudo) announced retirement as ENS president leaving Michael (Ketchup Eusebio) the responsibility to take over.
Baste later surprised his parents (Ariel Ureta and Gloria Diaz) as he told them about his engagement to Alex (beauty Gonzales).
Mr. President, as he is fondly called, became the adoptive father to Baby (Agoncillo) settling down at the farm where he grew up. There, Baste would continue to raise Baby with his wife with terms for Bebeth (Santos) that she can continue visiting Baby without restrictions.
Baby in the other hand was excited in anticipation of becoming the older sister in the near future.
Dream Dad also featured characters of Maxene Magalona, Katya Santos, Yen Santos, Matt Evans and Ces Quesada and was directed by Jeffrey Jeturian.
In its run, the series became consistent in the rating. Meanwhile, “Nathaniel” will take the time slot on Monday.
