KZ Tandingan came out as the big winner of the talent search show X-Factor Philippines aired in ABS-CBN on 2012. KZ shared her soulful renditions of song revivals to the music industry and captured listeners with her own songs.
KZ now turned into a stronger performer with a big change in her physical look. With her eye-catching billboard in promotion of her first major solo concert slated on April 17, it is apparently a different KZ.
When asked about her transformation, KZ explained that she wanted to stand out and that she started where most people would usually see it first—her looks.
Meanwhile leading to speculation that she is a lesbian, KZ retorted that she is straight. KZ is now managed under Cornerstone Entertainment.
KZ has already proved that she got a space of her own in the music industry bagging some awards. Last year she was hailed as the Best New Artist by MYX Music Awards and her song “Scared to Death” was recognized as the Best Ballad Recording by the Awit Awards. While, her recent Himig Handog winning song “Mahal Ko O Mahal Ako” is a favorite in the airwaves.
