PMA Dismissed Cadet Aldrin Jeff Cudia Passes UP Law Entrance Exam

Cadet Aldrin Jeff Cudia, the controversial former Philippine Military Academy (PMA) cadet who was dismissed for dishonesty passes the University of the Philippines Law Entrance Examination which was conducted on February 2015 and the results was release on April 10, 2015. He was one of the applicants who qualified for admission in the UP College of Law in SY 2015-2016.

Cudia

Aldrin Jeff Cudia was on the initial list of passers of the 2015 UP Aptitude Examination (LAE) results released by the University of the Philippines on Friday.

According to the UP College of Law, students who qualified for admission to UP College of Law must submit a Letter of Intent to enroll and pay a reservation fee of P5,000 not later than April 24, 2015.

The former PMA cadet became controversial during the time when his dismissal from the PMA made it to mainstream media, he was supposed to be the salutatorian of his graduating class but he was dismissed from the elite military institution of the country.

The Supreme Court also affirmed Cudia’s dismissal from the PMA, in a decision penned by Associate Justice Diosdado Peralta, the high court junked Cudia’s petition which sought a reversal of the PMA’s action of his dismissal due to tardiness.

Jeff Cudia took the qualifying exam for the UP College of Law in February 2015 while waiting for the Supreme Court ruling on his petition to compel the military academy to give him a diploma.
