Kapatid actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith denied the rumors circulating online that Kapamilya actor Paulo Avelino is courting her. Rumors started when during the first week of March when some netizens made viral the photo of Paulo Avelino and Jasmine Curtis-Smith allegedly having dinner in a restaurant.
Right after the photo became viral online, speculations started spreading online that Paulo Avelino and rumored girlfriend KC Concepcion separated due to the viral photo.
In an exclusive interview with Pep.ph on March 27, 2015, Jasmine Curtis-Smith revealed the real score between her and Paulo Avelino. The actress clarified that as what Paulo stated, they’re just friends and co-workers who casualy like to have dinner in group, so there’s no issue between them.
Due to the viral photo taken during the dinner of Paulo Avelino and Jasmine Curtis-Smith, both stars were bashed online with some netizens suspects that the bashers were fans of KC Concepcion.
The 26-year-old Jasmine Curtis-Smith wanted to share her message to her bashers. She was quoted as saying “Ganun naman talaga, ‘di ba, in this industry, you befriend the opposite sex, it can be given a wrong idea already.” She added further that “So, I just have to accept that and, as long, as you know, I know and everyone else what really went down, so yun lang.” Jasmine Curtis-Smith stated.
When Jasmine Curtis-Smith was asked by Pep, whether Paulo Avelino courted her, the actress vehemently denied the rumors that the Kapamilya actor was courting her and wants to have a romantic relationship with her.
