Binibining Pilipinas 2015 candidate No. 10 Miss Pia Wurtzbach will give it another try for the much coveted title, the Bb. Pilipinas-Universe. It will be Pia’s third try for the title after failing for the past few editions of the country’s most prestigious beauty pageant.
The 25-year-old beauty queen previously joined the beauty contest during the year 2013 and 2014 but failed to capture one of the top three title in the Bb. Pilipinas, although she was the favorite to win during the 2014 edition of Bb. Pilipinas.
Pia Wurtzbach was a runner-up during the 2013 edition of the Bb. Pilipinas and her failure to make to the top five last year nearly lost her interest to join the beauty pageant, but right now she feels it’s “the perfect year for her to join again.”
The returning Bb. Pilipinas candidate Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is also known as Pia Romero, a Filipino-German actress who worked for ABS-CBN as an actress under contract with Star Magic. She hails from Cagayan de Oro in Southern Mindanao and appeared on TV shows such as K2BU, ASAP, Your Song and Aryana.
