Detained Sen. Bong Revilla Filed Petition to Visit Son Jolo Revilla

The detained senator of the Republic of the Philippines, Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. filed a petition through his camp before the Sandiganbayan asking that the Senatro be allowed to visit his injured son, Cavite Vice-Governor Jolo Revilla who is currently confined at a hospital due to gunshot wounds.

The camp of Sen. Bong Revilla is asking the Sandiganbayan First Division that he be allowed to leave detention at the Philippine National Policee (PNP) custodial center for three hours to visit his ailing son.

The Vice Governor of Cavite Province, Vice-Gov. Jolo Revilla has been confined at the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Asian Hospital and Medical Center in Muntinlupa for a gunshot wound in the chest.

The former actor, Jolo Revilla was rushed to the hospital on Saturday after he supposedly shot himself by accident while cleaning a handgun.

Meanwhile according to the lawyers of Sen. Revilla, the medical report of Jolo’s situation will be released at 10:00 Am and will be submitted to Sandiganbayan as part of their reasons why the father of Jolo Revilla needs to visit him at the hospital.

According to some reports, the detained senator is anxious to see his son even if he is unable to talk to Jolo for the past few months. Jolo Revilla already underwent a two-and-a-half hour operation on Sunday to remove blood from his lungs.
