The professional haranista, Jason Dy will now move on to the finals of the country’s most popular singing competition on national TV as he will compete against Rence Rapanot, Alisah Bonaobra and Leah Patricio.

Before the announcement of winners for Team Sarah, Jason Dy and Monique Lualhati performed a slow version of the 80’s classic hit song “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now,” which according to Coach Lea Salonga, deserves to be released as a single for both artists.

Although both artists performed well on their duet portion of the semi-finals, Coach Lea Salonga noted that Monique Lualhati was the better performer, but their coach Sarah G., however, disagreed, saying that overall Jason Dy did a better job.

On their Saturday’s solo performance, Monique Lualhati performed the song “Fighter” by Christna Aquilera, while Jason Dy performed the song popularized by Brian McKnight titled “Back At One.”
