The newest TV series of ABS-CBN featuring the award-winning actors KC Concepcion and Paulo Avelino, titled “Give Love on Christmas Presents Exchange Gift” won national TV ratings and now considered as a hit among its viewers and netizens after the pilot episode of the series aired last week.
According to the latest data released by Kantar Media last Monday, January 5, 2015, the series featuring Paulo Avelino and KC Concepcion titled “Exchange Gift” scored a national TV rating of 12.4%, or five points higher compared to its rival program GMA’s “The Ryzza Mae Show,” that garnered 7.25% in ratings.
The KC and Paulo episode of the hit Kapamilya Christmas TV special, is the third featured story of ABS-CBN. The TV special also conquered the social networking site Twitter with the hashtag #GLOCExchangeGift became a nationwide trending topic because of the romantic scenes of KC Concepcion and Paulo Avelino’s characters Anna and Christian.
Acclording to ABS-CBN, the episode “Give Love on Christmas” is composed of three stories that revolve around family, relationships and love. The series include Paulo and KC’s “Exchange Gift,” Eddie Garcia, Aiko Melendez, Dimples Romana, Carlo Aquino, and Louise Abuel’s “The Gift Giver,” and Gerald Anderson and Maja Salvador’s “The Gift of Life.”
Before the other stories to be featured in the ABS-CBN Specials, viewers will surely anticipate and fall in love with the next episodes of “Give Love on Christmas Presents Exchange Gift” now that Anna and Christina have decided to tie the knot.
