Kapamilya award-winning actor Coco Martin revealed his next dream project after fulfilling one of his dream projects, to star in horror film “Feng Shui.” It was part of this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry competing in the main section.
In an interview with Push, the “Ikaw Lamang” star said that he wants to do a project that depicts the reality of life like what the “Feng Shui” director Chito Roño is doing before.
“Ako honestly makagawa ng mga ginawa dati ni Chito Roño ‘yung mga La Vida Rosa kasi para sa akin feeling ko lang kasi gustong-gusto ko ‘yung mga makakatutuhanan ‘yung mga totoong nangyayari,” he said.
Coco Martin admitted that he has watched the films of Chito Roño even before they worked together. He said that he wants to do a project that he can relate to and realistic.
“Gusto ko ‘yung ma-experience sabi ko nga nong napapanood ko noon ‘yung pelikula ni direk Chito kahit hindi pa kami nagkatrabaho ‘yon ‘yung mga gusto ko kasi nakaka-relate ako at alam kong totoong nangyayari.” he said.
Meanwhile, Coco Martin is currently promoting “Feng Shui” which is still showing in theaters nation wide. It also stars Kris Aquino, Beauty Gonzalez and Cherry Pie Picache.
It was recently reported that “Feng Shui” is one of the four movies who got the highest earnings in MMFF with “The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin,” “My Big Bossing’s Adventures” and “Kubot: The Aswang Chronicles.”
