The kapuso actor Mike Tan said that he does not want to be a “replacement” for her fellow Kapuso star Aljur Abrenica, who recently filed a complaint against the Artist Center of GMA over the alleged mismanagement of his career.
In an interview with entertainment site Pep, the “StarStruck” winner said that he is not aware on the rumors that he might replace Aljur Abrenica since he is no longer visible.
Mike Tan also said that he is not expecting it to happen because for him, it would not be good if he is going to catch his projects, which was not really meant for him.
“Hindi ko alam. Hindi ko rin naman kasi tinitingnan at hindi ko rin naman ini-expect na ganoon ang mangyayari. Kasi, personally, parang hindi naman maganda yun. Hindi rin naman maganda para sa akin yung parang sinalo ko lang lahat at hindi nabigay sa akin ang para sa akin,” he said.
The 27-year-old actor added that he and Aljur Abrenica have different markets and specialties. He also said that he is not looking on the possibility that Aljur’s projects will be offered to him.
“Palagi ko namang sinasabi na magkaiba kami ng market ni Aljur. Magkaiba kami ng specialty or field. Si Aljur, mas entertainer, siguro ako mas sa pag-arte. Hindi ko naman tinitingnan na ganun na sa akin mapupunta,” he added.
According to Mike Tan, Aljur Abrenica is now trying to return to GMA Network. Aljur Abrenica also said in his previous interviews that he had no problem with Kapuso network because he only filed a complaint against its Artist Center.
